This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional project coordination skills, and a passion for building vibrant communities. You will be instrumental in managing construction teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and utilizing advanced construction management software to drive project success. Responsibilities Lead and oversee multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate project activities across design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and execution. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Manage construction site operations, including safety protocols, quality control inspections, and compliance with local regulations. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Read and interpret plans accurately while managing contract negotiations and change orders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including logs, reports, safety records, and correspondence for transparency and accountability. Qualifications Proven experience in multifamily or large-scale residential construction management. Field Leadership experience Strong knowledge of contracts administration and change management procedures. Demonstrated experience in managing multifamily construction sites safely while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
