A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
- Serve as ONSM's primary contact for assigned projects, supporting clear communication among general contractors, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership.
- Manage project information flow, including tracking and documenting RFIs, ASIs, CCOs, drawing updates, project files, and related correspondence.
- Provide field teams with access to current project drawings and documents through PlanGrid and other contractor-used platforms such as Procore, BIM 360, Viewpoint, and Bluebeam.
- Coordinate new job setup, including Sage Timberline entries, project master spreadsheets, schedules of values, and approved change orders.
- Review project documents, RFIs, ASIs, CCOs, and scope changes for schedule, budget, and cost impacts.
- Price and process project change orders in coordination with the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractor documentation, including certificates of insurance, subcontract preparation, and related compliance records.
- Review and process weekly subcontractor invoices on a project-by-project basis.
- Prepare monthly billings and pay applications, including AIA Document G702, and submit payment applications to general contractors.
- Coordinate samples and submittal-related communication with material suppliers, vendors, general contractors, and architects.
- Attend on-site kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and project coordination meetings as needed.
- Support small renovation and restoration project setup, invoicing, and communication with the Restoration and Renovation division manager.
- Maintain organized project documentation and provide timely updates to support project performance, productivity, and client satisfaction. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of commercial masonry experience preferred, either in project management, construction management, or field leadership.
- Commercial masonry, renovation, restoration, or specialty contractor experience is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry management experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of masonry industry standards, common trade practices, construction documents, codes, and safety expectations preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with general contractors, clients, architects, vendors, subcontractors, field teams, and internal leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate work under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote.
- Ability to use or learn project management and construction technology tools such as Sage Timberline, PlanGrid, Procore, BIM 360, Viewpoint, and Bluebeam.
- Collaborative, dependable, and relationship-focused approach to working with internal and external project teams.
