Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, great customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, handling customer orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the café.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and customer preferences. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment. Take customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent customer service. Educate customers on different coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu options. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas. Restock supplies and ingredients, ensuring proper storage and inventory management. Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Assist with bakery or food preparation as needed. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment (training provided if needed). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. This position is for Saturday and Sunday Shifts Only!
