$100,000-$150,000+ AnnuallyCommission-Based | Uncapped Earning Potential | Full-Time All Good Plumbing is looking for an experienced Plumbing & Sewer Sales Consultant to handle high-value residential plumbing opportunities throughout the Charlotte area. This is a sales position — not a service technician position. We are looking for a closer who understands plumbing, can confidently diagnose problems, present solutions to homeowners, follow up relentlessly, and close major plumbing projects. The right person should be comfortable selling projects ranging from water heater replacements to major sewer, excavation, and whole-home plumbing projects. What You'll Sell You will primarily sell: Sewer line repairs and replacements Sewer excavations Trenchless and traditional sewer solutions when applicable Whole-home repipes Main water service replacements Water line repairs and replacements Traditional tank water heaters Tankless water heater systems Water heater conversions and upgrades Larger plumbing repairs and replacement projects Many of these projects represent significant investments for our customers. You must be comfortable presenting and closing high-ticket residential projects. What You'll Do You will receive plumbing sales opportunities and be responsible for taking them from initial consultation through signed agreement.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting in-home plumbing sales consultations Running sewer cameras and accurately identifying sewer problems Using electronic locating equipment to locate sewer lines and problem areas Evaluating plumbing systems and recommending appropriate solutions Building and presenting clear options to homeowners Explaining the differences between repair and replacement options Selling tank and tankless water heater systems Presenting financing and payment options Conducting sales consultations by phone, Zoom/video, and in person Following up on every unsold estimate and open opportunity Maintaining communication with customers throughout the sales process Accurately documenting sold projects for our installation teams Coordinating with management and installation crews to ensure the scope sold matches the work required Maintaining an organized sales pipeline Consistently meeting monthly sales and closing goals What We're Looking For This position is designed for an experienced plumbing or home-services salesperson.

Ideal candidates will have:

Proven plumbing sales experience Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems Sewer and drain experience Experience selling water heaters and tankless systems Ability to confidently operate a sewer camera Ability to use sewer locating equipment Experience selling high-ticket residential projects Strong in-home sales and closing ability Excellent phone sales and follow-up skills Ability to conduct professional video/Zoom consultations Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to explain technical plumbing problems in a way homeowners understand Strong organization and pipeline-management skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Experience selling sewer replacements, excavations, repipes, water services, or other major home-service projects is highly preferred. Compensation This is a performance-driven sales position with uncapped commission potential.
