We are a nationally recognized Janitorial and Facilities Maintenance company looking to add to our team in Wilmington, NC!!

General Duties and Responsibilities:

The Supervisors will assist the Project Manager with managing the workflow, and individual crew members at the contract location. Responsible for inspecting and quality control of all employee assignments during assigned shift. Responsible for assisting Project Manager with employee safety training, Responsible for maintaining proper inventory control of supplies and materials needed for the cleaning program. Responsible for managing employees effectively during shift and that all work is being performed to client and company standards Report to the Project Manager any employee relation issues or performance issues that you become aware of on your shift. Complete shift paperwork, including inspections, spill logs, radio logs, etc. Hands on 'working supervisor' position

Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm
