Construction Project Supervisor Restoration Showcase Restoration, Inc. Full time | Field based Reports to: Operations Manager or assigned manager Build a career helping families and businesses recover after property damage. At Showcase Restoration, your work has a visible impact: you turn a disrupted home or business into a completed project and help customers regain confidence along the way. We are a locally owned restoration company serving the Fayetteville and Wilmington areas of North Carolina. We are seeking a Construction Project Supervisor who can lead field production, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate trades, and take ownership of the customer's experience from preconstruction through completion. Our Customer Service Mandate "The customer should never have to manage Showcase Restoration. Showcase Restoration should manage the customer's experience." You will put this mandate into practice by providing updates before customers have to ask, preparing them for upcoming work, communicating changes promptly, and following through on every commitment. Customers should know what happens next, who is responsible, and when to expect an update. You coordinate Showcase's crews, subcontractors, materials, inspections, and internal handoffs so the customer does not have to. Our Core Values 

Initiative:

What You Will Do  Lead assigned restoration and reconstruction projects from the production handoff and preconstruction meeting through the final walkthrough and warranty follow-up.  Review estimates, plans, budgets, selections, and job requirements; maintain realistic schedules and coordinate employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.  Manage labor, materials, and subcontractor costs within approved budgets. Plan purchasing and deliveries, verify materials, return unused supplies, and report potential overruns early.

Construction Project Supervisor

•Restoration Your Responsibilities Continued  Inspect workmanship and progress, resolve deficiencies, and maintain safe, clean, protected, and secure jobsites. Provide hands-on assistance within your training and authorization when needed.  Communicate daily with the coordinator and provide customers with dependable progress updates. Maintain current notes, photographs, schedules, and job records in PSA and other required systems.  Identify scope changes and support supplements and change orders with accurate field documentation. Obtain required approvals before additional work proceeds.  Complete punch lists, customer walkthroughs, completion certificates, and closeout records promptly. Support billing readiness and follow through on customer and warranty concerns.  Recognize opportunities for additional Showcase services and referrals. Participate in assigned on-call and emergency-response responsibilities. What You Bring  Residential construction experience, including punch work and trim work, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, crews, and subcontractors.  Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, building requirements, inspections, plans, estimates, scheduling, and budgets. Restoration experience is valuable.  Strong organization, problem-solving, computer, and communication skills. Ability to keep accurate records and use Microsoft Word, Excel, scheduling tools, and company job-management systems.  High school diploma or GED; valid North Carolina driver's license with an acceptable driving history; ability to meet company background-screening and drug-free workplace requirements.  Ability to work at active jobsites, drive between projects, climb and bend, and safely handle materials and equipment with appropriate assistance. Essential duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.  Willingness to complete company-provided IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, and Water Restoration training within the first year, maintain continuing education, and pursue required professional development. Compensation and Career Growth Our Project Super Advancement and Classification Program provides the following annual pay ranges. Placement depends on qualifications, demonstrated skills, and the responsibilities of the assigned level.  Level I — Project Super in

Training:

$55,000

•60,000.  Level II —

Project Super:

$60,000

•70,000.  Level III — Senior Project Super in

Training:

$70,000

•75,000.  Level IV —

Senior Project Super:

$75,000

•85,000. Build your career through technical training, customer service, scheduling and budgeting, mentoring, and leadership development. Advancement is performance-based and subject to management review. The program also provides a path toward Project Manager for employees who meet its additional leadership and credential requirements.
