The primary role will be to provide onsite hardware maintenance support at client sites, as part of the client team. The on-site maintenance services for this effort shall include, but not be limited to:
- Onsite maintenance of site equipment in accordance with approved technical plans.
- Assisting Client personnel in periodic maintenance and certification of the system after completion of hardware maintenance actions.
- Assisting Client personnel in equipment relocation and certification of the system after completion of hardware relocation actions.
- Maintaining on-site hardware maintenance logs in a printable, electronic database format for each system's location. Maintenance actions and modifications to the required system shall be recorded in the site's maintenance log. A printed copy of the completed log entry for each maintenance action or modification shall be provided to client site personnel.
- Consolidating records of maintenance and supply actions and preparing reports.
- Providing technical expertise to local client personnel during system maintenance actions, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and replacement of failed equipment.
- Assisting with administration of site spares.
- Provide on-the-job training (OJT) in system maintenance. This may include hardware and software installations, firmware upgrades, and other system maintenance actions.
- Provide site visit preparation services prior to site visits, including: o Review of completed site surveys o Review of current hardware and software inventory. o Logistics and Staging - Receive, unpack, and inspect new equipment. o Pre-configure devices in a staging area. o Label assets for specific locations o Coordinate delivery dates with on-site support teams.
- Demonstrate the highest levels of quality focus and attention to detail in ensuring accurate and complete technical refresh services Qualifications 10+ years' experience
- Experience with support in hardware deployment, test and maintenance in complex environments.
- Experience with system equipment implementation, system diagnostic and repair, debugging/problem analysis and resolution.
- The ability to lift at least 30lbs

- Must be able to work in a time-sensitive environment installing hardware on mission-critical systems
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to travel- travel will be frequent
- Excellent customer service, Interpersonal skills and communication skills are required
- Willingness to perform weekend work and overtime and ability to isolate and document hardware problems. Overtime and shift/weekend work will be expected on an "as required" basis as needed to meet schedules and call back as expressed by the Client Management.
- Experience on FAA based programs.
- Knowledge of FAA operations and personnel and understanding of the impact of system install and test activity on FAA operations.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
