Accurate documentation and proactive problem-solving are essential to keeping the project on track. Qualifications Experience supervising construction site operations and promoting job-site safety. Strong organizational skills for coordinating schedules, trades, materials, and documentation. Experience with project management, budgeting, and tracking milestones. Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry practices. Leadership, communication, and on-site problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction management software and digital reporting tools.
