Job Description

Stable project pipeline Leadership and growth opportunities About Our Client Company is a growing design-build residential construction company specializing in custom homes, additions, and large-scale renovations throughout New Jersey. For more than 20 years they have built a reputation for craftsmanship, quality, and exceptional client service.
Job Description Project Management:
Support the Director of Construction in managing residential construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
Schedule Management:
Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
Team Leadership:
Maintain regular communication with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
Safety Compliance:
Escalate project concerns, safety issues, design questions, or client challenges to leadership when appropriate.
Quality Control:
Perform regular jobsite visits to monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate project documentation from project startup through final closeout. The Successful Applicant 2-5 years of experience in residential construction, construction management, project coordination, or a related field. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred. Understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and project controls. Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction documentation. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the local market to project sites.
