Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Project Manager position through hands-on experience, structured training, and performance-based advancement. This is a development-focused opportunity where the selected candidate will begin in a part-time role and, upon successful completion of a 60-day assessment period, transition into an independent contractor position with increased earning potential. Position Structure & Growth Path Phase 1: Training Period (First 60 Days) Part-time position at $22.00 per hour Hands-on training and evaluation Performance-based assessments required for advancement Phase 2: Independent Contractor Transition Transition to a 1099 subcontractor role Company-sponsored setup of an LLC (we cover formation costs) Candidate is responsible for obtaining and maintaining required insurance Phase 3: Performance-Based Compensation Model Transition into a stipend + commission structure Travel and meal expenses covered Commission starting at 5% per project (final structure to be agreed upon) Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish Support communication between team members, vendors, and clients Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables Participate in site visits and project meetings Help identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track Learn and apply internal processes and project workflows Contribute to overall team efficiency and project success What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Reliable, proactive, and accountable
Note:
Prior project management experience is not required. We are looking for individuals with potential who are ready to be trained and developed into high-performing Project Managers.
