Las Vegas, NV Reports To VP of Field Operations Job Summary The Customs Construction Manager oversees all field construction & sales activities for custom residential outdoor projects, including landscaping, swimming pools, amenities, artificial turf, and pavers/hardscape. This role is responsible for managing schedules, crews, subcontractors, budgets, achieving P&L goals and quality while ensuring an exceptional homeowner experience from project start through completion. Key Responsibilities Project Management Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously Review residential plans, contracts, and scopes for accuracy and constructability Develop and maintain job schedules aligned with homeowner expectations Coordinate pre-construction project handoffs with sales and design teams Field Supervision Supervise foremen, field crews, and subcontractors on jobsites Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress Coordinate inspections, utility locates, and homeowner access Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize delays or homeowner disruptions Trade Oversight Landscape installation (grading, drainage, planting, irrigation) Residential pool construction (excavation, plumbing, rebar, electrical, gunite, decking, plaster, start up) Artificial turf Pavers, concrete, masonry, and retaining walls Budget & Cost Control Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, and material usage Review and process change orders related to site conditions or homeowner requests Approve subcontractor invoices and vendor bills Work with accounting and estimating teams on billing, forecasting and reporting Safety & Compliance Enforce OSHA and company safety policies Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting, and HOA requirements Maintain clean, professional, homeowner-friendly jobsites Homeowner Communication Serve as the primary construction contact for homeowners Provide regular updates on schedules, progress, and next steps Address concerns professionally and proactively Ensure homeowner compliance with stage payments Perform final walkthroughs and ensure timely punch list completion Qualifications Experience 5+ years of residential construction management experience Experience with landscape, pool, or hardscape construction preferred Background managing custom or high-end residential projects a plus Skills & Knowledge Ability to read and interpret residential site plans and construction drawings Strong understanding of construction sequence and subcontractor coordination Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong customer service mindset Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to travel between residential jobsites daily Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required)

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$95,000 annually
