Job Description Construction Superintendent Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Supervise subcontractors and construction crews to meet project specifications and safety standards. Ensure quality control and compliance with project plans, codes, and regulations. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address project requirements and resolve issues. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and updates. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or delays to keep the project on track. General knowledge of Building and Construction codes. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Superintendent should have: Experience as a commercial construction site superintendent. Knowledge and experience withground up buildings, exterior renovations, interior finish work, etc. Should know Procore Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and projects effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in construction. A background in carpentry is considered a plus.
