Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Experience and proficiency in Project setup, office, yard, equipment, personnel (union) at project location Operations planning and scheduling Experience and proficiency in using Trimble GPS data collector for field data collection and calibration of site to include base station setup, use of repeaters and uploading of GPS machine control data files Experience and proficiency in managing multiple crews and scopes of work Tracking and monitoring production in real time in coordination with project management to include project budget Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate well via email and multiple types of correspondence Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 Software programs Lead and supervise daily field operations Promote and enforce a strong safety culture Coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment Monitor productivity, resolve field issues, and maintain project documentation Build positive relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders Mentor field personnel and promote teamwork and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of construction supervision experience. 3+ years as a Superintendent or lead field supervisor. Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and field operations. Ability to read construction plans and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 preferred. Willingness to travel throughout

New York State Compensation:

• $90,000
• 115,000 Superintendent II
• $110,000
• 140,000 Superintendent III
• $125,000
• 160,000 General Superintendent
• $135,000
• 185,000 Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
