POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide overall management and oversight of assigned residential homes, including staff scheduling to ensure appropriate supervision and coverage. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, supervising, evaluating, and orienting staff, as well as coordinating relief staff when needed. Oversee daily operations, monitor facility maintenance, and promptly report repair needs. Ensure effective budget management, compliance with organizational policies, and accurate maintenance of facility records. Supervise and support all services for individuals served, including the development and implementation of individualized service plans, maintenance of required documentation, coordination of community and generic services, and transportation to appointments and activities as needed. Monitor health and safety conditions within the homes, provide direct support services, when necessary, complete monthly audits of home documentation, and ensure compliance with medication administration procedures. Advocate for the rights, interests, and inclusion of individuals served while promoting a positive support culture. Maintain a 24-hour on-call support system for assigned homes and perform other duties as assigned.
POSITION HOURS AND REQUIREMENTS
This is a full-time, exempt salaried position. Work schedules may vary based on operational needs and will frequently include evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process. Candidates must possess a valid Ohio driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
Pay:
From $26.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
