Transformation Network - Ministry Opportunity Do you have construction/remodeling experience and a heart for helping others? Transformation Network is looking for an assistant general remodeling supervisor to help lead remodeling projects while teaching men valuable trade skills, work ethic, accountability, and biblical principles. Responsibilities Assist with remodeling, construction, maintenance, and repairs Teach and supervise men learning construction skills Promote safety, teamwork, accountability, and quality work Mentor men through Christ-centered encouragement and example Help organize tools, materials, and job sites Construction supervision and hands-on training Assist the Remodeling Supervisor Tools, trailer, equipment, and resources provided Work in the Ashland & Mansfield areas Participate in daily Bible studies Qualifications Construction, remodeling, or maintenance experience preferred Strong work ethic and dependable Ability to teach and work well with others Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Desire to serve and make a difference Part-Time or Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | Flexible Hours Ashland & Mansfield Areas | Pay based on experience and aptitude.
