Job Description Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and logistics Oversee sitework, utilities, foundations, and early construction phases Coordinate project sequencing and trade partner activities Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain project documentation Work closely with Project Managers, owners, and design teams Ensure schedule adherence and budget-conscious execution Resolve field issues and maintain positive client relationships Support project turnover, punch list, and closeout activities Travel extensively throughout the Western U.S. as project needs dictate MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
