What You'll Do Own full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks — accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card and bank reconciliations, and monthly close support for our outside CPA. Run job costing — allocate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to the right jobs and produce job profitability reports the owner can act on. Process weekly payroll , including certified payroll / prevailing-wage reporting on public projects. Manage progress billing — prepare
