Work-life balance Competitive salary About Our Client Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial, municipal, and educational construction projects throughout the Greater Easton, PA region. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality while maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Job Description Manage daily field operations for commercial, public sector, and educational construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with Project Managers and subcontractors. Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Conduct regular site inspections and oversee quality control throughout each phase of construction. Lead weekly subcontractor and owner meetings. Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling conflicts and field challenges. Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure compliance with building codes and contract requirements. Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and jobsite documentation. Manage project punch lists and oversee successful project closeout. Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and community stakeholders. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial construction projects. Demonstrated experience with public works, municipal, government, and K-12 school construction projects. Experience managing both ground-up construction and renovation projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, building systems, and site logistics. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders simultaneously. Proficiency with construction management software and digital reporting tools. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to projects throughout the Greater Easton and surrounding Pennsylvania market. What's on Offer Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
