They have been around for over 20 years and build multifamily, hospitality, commercial, education, and light industrial projects. They have been steadily and sustainably growing for the past few decades and have developed great relationships with clients and subcontractors in the region.   • Hotel Superintendent
  • Anderson will be responsible for: Meeting weekly and communicating daily with subcontractors to assess project progress, schedule, changes and deliveries.
Managing the site through completion. Proactively identifying design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project specific issues. Adhering to the Master Schedule and all subsequent milestone schedules Attaining a thorough and complete understanding of the Prime Contract, all subcontracts, the drawings, and specifications. Enforcing safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards. Maintaining appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots. Communicating daily with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents and project coordinators to ensure progress toward the common goal is achieved.   • Hotel Superintendent
  • Anderson will have the following experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent for a general contractor or developer with experience building ground-up hotel projects Experience leading projects without an Assistant Superintendent, comfortable interfacing with owners as needed Proficiency with Procore required, other relevant software experience strongly preferred OSHA 30 Hr Certification Bachelors Degree preferred but not required Strong oral communication and written skills Based in NC and open to travel as needed within the region What's on Offer The successful Fixed-Term Contract•Hotel Superintendent•Anderson will receive: A fixed-term contract (valued over $140,000) over the term of 16 months Significant milestone completion bonus incentives (valued at over $70,000 additional compensation) Additional bonus potential for early project completion Microsoft Surface Laptop Worker's Compensation Coverage Access to ProCore, Bluebeam, and other relevant software Up to 15 days of PTO
