Contract role for a 16-month hotel project Performance bonuses plus early completion incentives About Our Client Our client is a growing commercial general contractor specializing in hospitality and commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. The company is seeking an experienced hotel Superintendent who can operate independently, maintain exceptional project documentation, and successfully deliver a high-profile hospitality project while benefiting from a performance-driven compensation structure. Job Description Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion Manage subcontractors, inspections, and daily project operations Maintain project schedule and milestone achievement Coordinate with the Project Manager on project execution and budget management Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained Manage all project documentation within Procore Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, observations, and field reports Process and track RFIs, change events, and change orders Coordinate inspections and maintain inspection records Communicate effectively with ownership, consultants, and project stakeholders Monitor onsite budgets and assist in maintaining profitability goals Support successful turnover and closeout activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Significant hotel construction experience (required) Proven experience leading projects as Superintendent Strong Procore proficiency (required) Excellent schedule management skills Exceptional organizational and documentation abilities Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently without dedicated onsite administrative support Experience with hospitality projects from ground-up through turnover preferred Strong understanding of construction quality, safety, and project controls What's on
