Job Description Oversee daily construction site operations for multifamily projects. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project schedules and adjust timelines as needed to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Conduct quality control checks to maintain construction standards. Communicate project updates to stakeholders effectively and regularly. Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Experience with managing multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lead and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
