Full-Time About the Position All Valley Innovation Group LLC (AVIG) is looking for an experienced and dependable Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple active construction projects throughout the Rio Grande Valley. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, communicates well, and can take responsibility for projects from bidding and pre-construction through project completion and closeout. Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple construction projects Prepare construction bids, estimates, and proposals Prepare, review, and submit Pay Applications (Pay Apps) Prepare and track change orders Review project quantities, pricing, labor, materials, and subcontractor costs Coordinate subcontractors, crews, vendors, suppliers, and equipment Maintain project schedules and keep projects moving on time Communicate with owners, engineers, inspectors, municipalities, and subcontractors Track project progress, costs, quantities, and upcoming work Review plans, specifications, contracts, and construction documents Coordinate material deliveries and equipment needs Attend project meetings and inspections Identify problems in the field and work quickly toward solutions Provide management with regular project updates Maintain project documentation and assist with project closeout Required Experience & Skills Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Estimator, Superintendent, or similar position Must have experience preparing construction bids and estimates Must know how to prepare and submit Pay Applications (Pay Apps) Must understand construction quantities, pricing, costs, and project budgets Must be able to read and understand construction plans and specifications Civil/site construction experience strongly preferred Experience with subdivisions, utilities, storm drainage, water/sewer, concrete, paving, earthwork, and roadway construction is a major plus Strong organization and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We're Looking For AVIG is looking for someone who takes ownership and initiative . We need a Project Manager who can stay ahead of schedules, prepare accurate bids, handle Pay Apps and project documentation, coordinate field operations, communicate professionally with clients and engineers, and help push projects from start to completion. This is not strictly a field position. The Project Manager must be comfortable handling both the management and administrative/financial side of construction projects .Compensation:
