Responsibilities Coordinate inspections with local authorities and third-party inspectors, ensuring all required approvals are scheduled and passed on time Manage material procurement, ordering, tracking deliveries, and resolving supply delays before they impact the schedule Coordinate equipment needs and logistics across active job sites Support day-to-day coordination between office staff and field crews (superintendents, foremen, subs) Track project schedules and flag delays or bottlenecks early Assist with budget tracking, monitoring costs against estimates and reporting variances Review and manage subcontractor scopes, schedules, and performance Help prepare and maintain project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders, daily reports) Communicate regularly with clients/owners on project status and milestones Ensure jobsite work complies with plans, specs, and applicable codes Support permitting and regulatory coordination alongside the internal permitting team Participate in project kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and closeout Help identify and resolve issues that arise between design, procurement, and field execution Support estimating and pre-construction efforts on upcoming bids as needed Requirements Previous construction experience required Minimum 3 years of construction experience Commercial construction experience required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$90,000/year, based on experience If you are interested then please send your resume at
