Fossil Creek Pools is looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team in Spring Branch/Bulverde, Texas. This position will create accurate construction drawings and assist our sales and construction teams in turning pool designs into buildable plans. Responsibilities Create and revise detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD Prepare site plans, layouts, elevations, and construction details Review designs for accuracy and constructability Update plans based on project changes and team feedback Coordinate with sales, design, and construction team members Maintain organized and accurate project files Ensure drawings meet company standards and project requirements Required Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD Previous professional drafting experience Construction-related experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and understand construction plans Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple departments Preferred Qualifications Swimming pool design or construction experience Experience preparing residential construction plans

Compensation:

The listed pay range is an estimate provided for posting purposes. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview and determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill level. Swimming pool experience is a plus, but it is not required. Candidates with strong AutoCAD, drafting, and general construction experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
