In this fast-paced, field-focused role, you will manage all phases of construction from pre-planning through handover, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of high-quality accommodations. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, safety management, logistics in remote locations, and close collaboration with operations and hospitality teams to meet client expectations. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end construction of remote lodging and workforce housing projects. Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to meet cost and timeline targets. Oversee contractors, vendors, and site staff, ensuring compliance with contracts, specs, and quality standards. Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and regulations on all sites, driving a strong safety culture. Review drawings and specifications, identify constructability issues, and propose practical solutions. Coordinate logistics, materials, and site readiness for remote and underserved locations. Conduct regular site inspections, resolve field issues, and report progress to leadership and clients. Collaborate with operations and hospitality teams to ensure facilities meet client service requirements. Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and change orders. Support continuous improvement of construction processes and standards across projects.
