3005089623-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Target Hospitality seeks a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager to lead complex lodging and workforce housing projects in remote locations. In this fast-paced, safety-focused role, you will oversee full project lifecycles-from pre-construction planning and budgeting through execution and closeout. Responsibilities include managing schedules, costs, contracts, and change orders while directing subcontractors and vendors. You will coordinate logistics for remote sites, ensure quality and safety compliance, and serve as the primary client contact, driving collaboration and operational excellence across large energy, government, and corporate projects. Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout for remote and workforce housing sites. Develop, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Oversee contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders, coordinating closely with owners, architects, and engineers. Direct field teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards. Coordinate logistics and site operations for remote locations, including staging, sequencing, and resource planning. Monitor risk, enforce safety protocols, and resolve issues quickly to maintain uninterrupted operations. Communicate project status and metrics to internal stakeholders and clients with clear reports and progress updates. Support continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices within Target Hospitality's construction programs.
