What You'll Be Doing:

Lead field operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization through completion Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, crews, and daily site activities Drive project schedules, quality, safety, and execution in the field Maintain accountability for project progress and successful delivery Collaborate with project leadership to resolve field issues and keep work moving Manage projects typically ranging from $3M

• 5M , with larger projects reaching $33M+ What You'll Need to be

Considered:

Proven Field Superintendent experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects Commercial construction experience, particularly $3M+ projects Experience across multiple project types such as hospitality, healthcare, retail, or industrial A background that demonstrates strong commercial base or progression from residential into commercial construction Willingness to travel to projects across Central Texas
