Texas Compensation:

$110,000 - $135,000 DOE What You'll Be Doing Lead day-to-day on-site construction on commercial projects, typically $3-5M and up to $33M Own the schedule, subcontractors, safety, and quality on site Oversee subcontractors directly at each jobsite Travel to active projects in Temple, Leander, Kyle, and Prosper, with per diem provided What You'll Need to be Considered 5+ years of superintendent experience required Commercial construction background required Experience running $3-5M+ commercial projects preferred Exposure to a mix of project types (healthcare, retail, warehouse, hospitality) is a plus Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam a plus ITAC Solutions https://itacsolutions.
