Explore Opportunities Today Position Summary:
Participating in field oversight activities related to site development and lot delivery Working alongside civil contractors, consultants, and trade partners to monitor project progress and construction activities Coordinating with local inspectors, municipal representatives, and jurisdictional staff throughout the development process Developing an understanding of development schedules, construction sequencing, and project execution Assisting with land development budget tracking and cost management Participating in onsite meetings related to safety, contractor coordination, and project execution Developing familiarity with permitting requirements, compliance procedures, and site safety protocols Working collaboratively with internal departments and cross-functional teams throughout the development process Assist in conducting market research and feasibility studies for potential land acquisitions. Support the team in analyzing zoning and regulatory requirements. Participate in due diligence activities related to land development.
