Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our gutter team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction trades and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Provide training and mentorship to team members in various construction techniques. Conduct regular inspections of work quality and adherence to project specifications. Communicate effectively with project manager, estimators, and clients regarding progress and any issues that arise. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
