Construction Project Manager

5-10 years general construction experience related to heavy civil, and highway construction.

• Estimating and scheduling of projects with HCSS (Heavy Bid), Primavera, and Microsoft office.
• Assisting management with Project controls set-up including materials, work plan submittals and job cost tracking.
• Must be proficient in reading and understanding technical specifications and plans.
• Understanding of Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Material Testing for a project.
• Knowledge of grade set-up and control using both conventional grade stake checking, Trimble Earthworks Machine Control and Trimble Sitework Data Collector.
• Experience with supervision of personnel
• Management of subcontracts and material suppliers.
• College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
