These are ground up builds and restruants. This pivotal role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating with teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and software tools. Duties Lead daily on-site activities, supervising subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules. Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Raken or similar construction management software to meet deadlines efficiently Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate seamless execution of work. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets safety standards, specifications, and client expectations. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and coordinating with the project team to prevent overruns. Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and site inspections. Oversee project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily reports. Coordinate with project managers on procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation. Supervise on-site personnel ensuring proper training in construction site practices; manage subcontractor performance and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects. Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety standards (OSHA), blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation. Experience in ground up building and Restruant construction. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing contracts effectively. Supervisory experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments; excellent management and communication skills.
