Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of construction projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and vendor management Monitor project budgets, control costs, and prepare financial reports Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to ensure quality and progress Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders and leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience managing construction projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Compensation up to $120k medical, dental, vision 100% payed employee benefits 401k match Julie Hess Sr. Project Manager LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
