Home For Life Advantage specializes in home modifications that help seniors and individuals with mobility challenges live more safely and independently in their homes. Our projects include accessible bathroom remodels, wheelchair ramps, stairlifts, home lifts and elevators, platform lifts, grab bars, and other accessibility-focused home modifications. This position will primarily be responsible for supervising and coordinating active construction projects throughout Dane County and surrounding areas , making sure projects stay organized, work is completed properly, and communication remains strong between homeowners, installers, subcontractors, and our office. Responsibilities & Duties Supervise and manage assigned residential construction and remodeling projects Visit job sites and monitor project progress Coordinate installers, contractors, subcontractors, materials, and project schedules Make sure work is being completed correctly and according to project plans Communicate with homeowners throughout the construction process Provide updates to the Home For Life Advantage office and management team Help identify and resolve job-site issues as they arise Coordinate material deliveries and make sure necessary equipment is available Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment Help ensure projects remain on schedule Perform basic construction or installation work when needed Learn Home For Life Advantage's accessibility products, installation processes, and construction standards What We're Looking For Construction, remodeling, project management, or job-site experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities Comfortable working directly with homeowners, contractors, and installers Dependable, professional, and able to work independently Basic understanding of residential construction is helpful Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to learn new products, equipment, and installation methods You do not need to come into this position knowing every product or accessibility system we install.
