In this role, you will be the frontline expert responsible for performing detailed roof assessments, identifying structural or material vulnerabilities, detecting leaks, and delivering comprehensive, client-ready inspection reports equipped with accurate estimates and actionable repair options.
Key Responsibilities Roof Assessments:
Conduct thorough physical inspections of low-slope, steep-slope, and commercial roofing systems to evaluate overall condition and lifespan.
Leak Detection:
Utilize technical expertise, diagnostic tools, and visual inspection methods to pinpoint the exact source of roof leaks and moisture intrusion.
Comprehensive Reporting:
Generate detailed, professional inspection reports complete with photo documentation, findings, and analysis.
Estimates & Options:
Develop precise repair estimates and present various structural or financial remediation options (ranging from targeted repairs to full restoration or replacement).
Client Consultation:
Communicate findings clearly and professionally to property owners, facility managers, and stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing inspection, estimation, project management, or field service. Strong working knowledge of various roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Shingle, Tile, Metal). Ability to safely navigate ladders, walk roofs of varying pitches, and work in outdoor weather conditions. Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction details, and utilizing roofing estimation/reporting software. Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to compile clear, polished reports. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
