This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in construction, building maintenance, or facilities operations to play a vital role in ensuring quality control, documentation, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Medical, dental, vision, Onsite Position - Work hands-on at active construction sites with a dynamic project team What you will be doing: Monitor construction sites to ensure all work is performed according to contract documents and specifications. Maintain daily logbooks detailing work performed, site conditions, and contractor progress. Attend project meetings as the owner's on-site representative and report key updates. Track and document changes, approvals, and construction activities in an organized and efficient manner. Assist Project Manager with final walkthroughs and ensure proper documentation is completed for project close-out. Coordinate and communicate regularly with the project manager regarding progress, issues, and any required interventions. Observe safety practices and report non-compliance as necessary.
What qualifications you need:
