We are looking for a skilled and dependable construction professional with experience in carpentry, drywall, framing, and acoustical ceilings . This position will support both commercial and residential projects and will involve a variety of construction, service, repair, and installation work. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has strong problem-solving skills, and takes pride in quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform a variety of construction service, and installation work Complete carpentry, drywall, framing, and acoustical ceiling work Perform punch-list work on commercial and residential projects Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents Perform accurate measurements, layout, and installation Troubleshoot construction-related issues and determine appropriate solutions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Coordinate materials and tools needed to complete assigned work Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, customers, and other trades Complete work efficiently while maintaining company quality standards Follow all company safety policies and jobsite requirements Qualifications 3+ years of construction experience preferred Strong hands-on experience in carpentry, drywall, framing, and/or acoustical ceilings Experience with both commercial and residential construction is a plus Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable, dependable, and professional Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work in a variety of jobsite environments
