Job Description
Paragon Alliance Innovation, LLC is seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Quality Control Inspector to support field operations in the DeLand/Daytona Beach area . We're looking for someone with hands-on telecommunications construction experience who has led or overseen field crews and understands what quality work looks like in the field. This position requires someone who can work independently, cover a large territory, manage a fast-paced workload, and communicate effectively with construction crews and project leadership. What You'll Do Perform field quality control inspections of telecommunications construction projects. Inspect completed work for compliance with project specifications, client requirements, construction standards, and safety guidelines. Oversee and evaluate work performed by telecommunications construction crews across an assigned territory. Identify construction deficiencies, defects, and nonconforming work and communicate required corrective actions. Document inspection results and prepare clear, accurate QC reports. Review construction drawings, technical documents, specifications, and project requirements. Communicate findings with field crews, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Track quality issues and assist with identifying root causes and preventing recurring deficiencies. Maintain accurate inspection and project documentation. Travel throughout the assigned territory to inspect multiple crews and active project locations. Follow all company, client, and regulatory safety requirements while working in field environments.
