Position Overview:

As a Residential and Commercial Property Inspector, you'll be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of properties, assessing their condition, and providing comprehensive reports to our clients. From cozy homes to bustling commercial spaces, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, integrity, and peace of mind of property owners and buyers alike.

What You'll Do:

Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties, including structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and more. Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the inspection process. Stay up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure the highest level of service.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in property inspection or a related field is preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues or hazards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Certification as a property inspector is a plus.
