As a Resident Project Representative, you will use engineering skills to determine compliance with plans and specifications and other regulations. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred. 2 years' experience in utility or heavy highway construction field preferred. Previous water and wastewater treatment experience is a plus. Experience in maintenance, construction inspection, construction plan review. Certifications for inspection of bituminous paving, cement concrete, and utility installation is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, math, construction plans, and construction materials and techniques as it applies to the work environment.
