Job Summary Location Tyler, TX AreaEmployment Type Part-timeReports to Regional Building OfficialQualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Code EnforcementRegistered Code Enforcement Officer (RCEO) with the State of Texas requiredResponsibilities Conduct field inspections and investigate complaints to enforce municipal codes related to property maintenance, zoning, signage, environmental concerns, and abandoned/junk vehiclesIssue notices of violation, citations, and stop-work orders; clearly communicate corrective actions to property owners, contractors, and the publicDocument case evidence with photographs, inspection notes, and reports; maintain accurate case files in VertexPlansPrepare and present cases andproviding testimony as requiredPrepare and submit weekly timesheet reports to the supervisor in accordance with company proceduresCompensation & Benefits $30 - $40 per hour & 401(k) with 100% company match up to 5% , available after 90 daysPart-Time — Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on client needsAbout Aoka Aoka is a third-party municipal services provider serving federal, state, and local governments with code compliance, inspections, and consulting.
