Trade Team is seeking a skilled operator to join our team in Newport News. This isn't just any seat—you'll be operating a Link-Belt 160-ton RT in a fast-paced shipyard environment working on Navy vessels. If you have the "heavy lift" mindset and are ready to start immediately , we want to talk to you.The Role Precision Lifting:
Safely navigate and operate a 160-ton Link-Belt RT crane.Shipyard Dynamics:
Work directly on and around Navy boats—precision and safety are non-negotiable.Mission Focused:
Maintain a sharp eye for depth perception and comfort working at significant heights. What You Bring to theTable Experience:
At least 3 years of dedicated Crane Operating experience.Specific Expertise:
Proven experience with 160-ton RT cranes (Link-Belt experience is a major plus).Certification:
A current NCCCO certification is a strict requirement.Flexibility:
Ready to put in the hours, including overtime and weekends as the mission requires.Attributes:
