Job Description

Preferred Education and Experience:

Previous hands-on experience with electrical/mechanical tools and test equipment At least 3+ years' experience in programming, maintaining, troubleshooting, set-up and operation of drilling machines (Excellon and EVO/Pluritec). Previous experience in an electronic component manufacturing environment

Essential Functions:

Programming, Set-up and Operation of Drill/Router machine (EVO) Troubleshoot drill machine(s) and process related issues Measurements of parts using caliper, micrometer, XYZ table and etc. Inspection of parts using Microscope and other optical inspection tools and verify they meet specifications. Operate the Cutting machinery according to specifications. Perform bar counting and visual inspections. Research, order and prepare spare parts for all drill machine(s) as needed. Maintain equipment and machinery clean. Complete documentation and records. Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $21.00
