Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Drill/Router Operator, will be responsible for following established procedures operating the Drilling/Cutting machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, will perform basic trouble shooting and accurately document production activities Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt): $20.00 - $23.00/per hour (DOE) Work Schedule (Monday-Friday) 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Tuition Assistance Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED Six (6+) months of experience in manufacturing/production environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Basic computer skills Math skills in Algebra and Geometry Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

Previous hands-on experience with electrical/mechanical tools and test equipment At least 3+ years' experience in programming, maintaining, troubleshooting, set-up and operation of drilling machines (Excellon and EVO/Pluritec). Previous experience in an electronic component manufacturing environment

Essential Functions:

Programming, Set-up and Operation of Drill/Router machine (EVO) Troubleshoot drill machine(s) and process related issues Measurements of parts using caliper, micrometer, XYZ table and etc. Inspection of parts using Microscope and other optical inspection tools and verify they meet specifications. Operate the Cutting machinery according to specifications. Perform bar counting and visual inspections. Research, order and prepare spare parts for all drill machine(s) as needed. Maintain equipment and machinery clean. Complete documentation and records. Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times
