Texas Southern Drilling is hiring CDL A or B drivers for our water well drilling crews out of Columbus, TX. This is real field work. You move rigs, support trucks, and trailers to job sites across our service area (most jobs run west of Columbus), run pre-trips, haul heavy loads on rural roads, and keep equipment ready so the crew can drill. Travel and overnights happen when jobs run far. We are a small, tight team with 1,100+ wells and a 5-star reputation. People know your name here. The work is hard and honest. We pay for your CDL fees, licensing, certifications, and continuing education, and there is a real path from where you start toward licensed / dual-licensed roles.

Pay:

$55,000 to $65,000+ per year (paid hourly), plus incentive bonuses.

You need:

• Valid CDL Class A or B (or a clear, fast path; we pay for the CDL)
• Some real mechanical ability (diagnose and fix, not just swap parts)
• A clean driving record
• able to lift 100 lbs, OK with travel and overnights
