What You'll Do:

Provide emergency care to a diverse patient population in a busy ER setting Assist with trauma cases, including trauma bays and Level 4 trauma protocols Collaborate with a team of RNs, LVNs, and unit staff to deliver efficient patient care Chart in Cerner electronic health records system accurately and timely Maintain infection control and safety protocols, including vaccination requirements Rotate weekends and participate in holiday schedule as needed Support patient advocacy and rapid response in high-pressure situations

What You Need:

Active TX or Multistate RN license At least 1 year ER nursing experience

BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

Join an 8-bed Emergency Room with 2 Trauma bays in a facility that sees approximately 850 patients monthly. The unit features a dedicated team focused on trauma care, with staffing ratios of 2 RNs per shift and support staff to ensure quality patient service.
