Texas Southern Drilling needs a dependable CDL driver-mechanic who keeps every drilling crew working. Your day is trucks, trailers, inspections, and hands-on maintenance: hauling heavy loads on rural roads, assisting the water well drilling process, then diagnosing and fixing trucks, rigs, pumps, and hydraulics when something goes wrong. Reliability is the job. When you show up ready, the rest of the company can drill. Home base is Columbus, TX. Travel and overnights when jobs are farther out. Small team, 1,100+ wells, 5-star reputation. We pay for your CDL fees, licensing, and training.

apprentice path through licensed pump installer to dual-licensed for people who want it.

Pay:

$55,000 to $65,000+ per year (paid hourly), plus incentive bonuses.

Must-haves:

• CDL Class A or B (or ready to earn one fast; TSD pays for it)
• Some Mechanical competence
• Clean driving record (higher bar for this seat)
• lift 100 lbs, travel/overnights OK, commute to 78934

Bonus:
