Duties Execute a wide range of remodeling and building projects including kitchen and bath remodels, finishing basements, flooring, painting, carpentry, cabinet installation, tile laying, stucco application, and door hanging etc. Operate hand tools, power tools, and job related equipment safely and efficiently to complete construction tasks. Install windows, flooring, drywall, plastering finishes, caulking, and building materials according to specifications. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols on job sites. Manage outdoor work environments across various residential locations while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to all safety regulations and building codes. Experience and Requirements Proven experience in residential construction or remodeling projects Clean criminal background Valid Drives License ad transportation General Tools of the trade
