Job Overview Sweep Deep Cleaning LLC is looking for experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Independent Subcontractors (1099) to partner with us for residential and commercial cleaning projects in the Hanover area. We handle the marketing, booking, and customer service, while you focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional cleaning results. You maintain your independence, set your availability, and accept only the jobs that fit your schedule.

Responsibilities:
Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential and/or commercial properties. Provide all your own professional-grade cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment (including vacuums and mops). Complete jobs to a high standard of quality within the estimated timeframes. Communicate professionally and represent yourself with a high level of customer service. Requirements (Must Have): 1099
Contractor Status:
You must be legally authorized to work in the US and willing to complete a W-9 form (using SSN/ITIN or EIN).
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of proven paid residential or commercial cleaning experience.
Transportation:
Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel to job sites.
Insurance:
Must have an active General Liability Insurance policy (or be willing to obtain one before taking jobs).
Supplies:
Must provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
