Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience with drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing to a smooth, paint-ready surface. Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship are a must. Drywall Finishers at Tradesman Drywall are responsible to provide a world class customer experience for every customer, deliver an excellent end result on every product and improve the effectiveness of themselves and their team through continuous self-development. Responsibilities:

Prepare unfinished drywall panels for painting by taping, mudding, and sanding seams and corners Apply finishing compounds, smooth surfaces, and ensure proper texture where required Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections in drywall surfaces Work with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a drywall finisher (2+ years of experience required) Strong knowledge of drywall finishing techniques, materials, and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to quality workmanship and detail Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Hourly pay will be determined based on years of experience.
